So, my neighbors next to my bedroom seem to yell a lot. It's usually no problem but occasionally if I have somebody over it can be distracting. I currently have a box fan and that works to drown out noise when I sleep/game/study, but if I have somebody over a loud fan isn't always a great option.
Anything cheap that I can hang on the walls would be fairly ideal.
