I am currently working on an investing strategy that involves investing in companies where the CEO have a lot of stock incentives in its company. Then verify the increase/decrease of value each CEO added to the company he worked for in the past.
Then, rank each company based on potential growth based on the results created by their previous CEO compared to the current/new one.
Do you know if a database like this exists? Thanks guys!
