I've got a bunch of things to frame, and am looking to keep it simple (black frame with white mat on all of them), and local places want anywhere from $300-800 for each piece! Crazy talk. Online custom frame shops are $80-150, albeit with plexi instead of glass which I don't care about.
Which is best (or worst)? I'm looking at AmericanFrame.com, ArtToFrame.com, and FramedAndMatted.com. (Not looking at FrameBridge because I don't want to mail my nice art out to them)
