Is now the time to buy Colgate-Palmolive they dropped 5% yesterday after an earnings report for quarter four. the earnings report explained that U.S. sales were flat and the main thing that hurt them was South American Sales were down 10% and European sales were down 2 two 3% they promised that 2017 will be a better year with more investment in advertising and marketing. my main question is, is now the time to bought buy Colgate-Palmolive and do you think they will be able to fix their problem in South America. the main thing that hurt their earnings reports so badly
