If you buy a phone and check it physically and the imei is safe and not blacklisted and it's not iCloud locked does that mean it's 100% safe
Is there a chance you can buy a phone that's not imei locked but it becomes locked after you buy it? Like it's stolen and they miss a payment and it goes off? I doubt that this is likely though because he showed me the phone and it's just been sitting there for over a month in a protective case
Is it safe from iCloud lock as long as it's reset to factory settings and there's no iTunes account on it?
