I am at the beginning of a project to build custom floor to ceiling shelving in my garage. I have a selection of power tools, tool boxes, camping gear, biking gear and other misc stuff to store in a more organised fashion. I intend to build supports out of planed timber and am wondering what is best for the shelves. They will likely be approx 500 - 600mm deep and a span of 1000m.
