Hello, not sure if this is the right place to ask, but I had some questions about flying that perhaps some of you might know.
I know each airline works differently but years and years ago I was under the impression that booking a round trip is always cheaper than booking two separate one way trips (with the same flight dates and time). Was that somewhat correct? But nowadays when I add the numbers up, it comes out equally (as in ABBA is the same price as AB+BA). I just wanted to make sure if it was a coincidence that it was equally priced or if that's how it is now (or how it's always been).
Thank you
