It's interesting cause the two previous times it happened was during the lowest points of the DotCom bubble and the GFC. In both those occasions stock markets surged quickly to record highs. This time it is happening during the record high period itself. Would this be indicative that there will be an extended super-bull market in the near term?
EDIT: This nearly hit the same level in 2013 as well, and following that there was a continued stock market surge.
