I get an ok discount on snap-on tools and looking to spend some money getting literally, the bare minimum that is actually worth the price. Light car maintenance usage, light home usage, some shop usage (at work)-- essentially tools which will make my job easier, feel better, or something where snapon is light years ahead of the rest. For reference, I have a full set of craftmans mechanic sockets, a mix of some of garagejournals recommended HF tools (like their composite ratchet-- these things are amazing), and most of the basic tools covered by home depot specials. And pretty much everything is lifetime warranty. Anyways, curious what the buyitforlife snap-on fanatics and/or reddit in general feel is the best bang for the buck, worth every penny, absolutely essential snapon tool should be? Should I spring for the FHX80? Maybe the pick set? Ive heard great things on their screw drivers. Open to your feedback and thanks!
