I keep thinking about getting some exposure in the vertical farming and synthetic/ alternative meat sectors. I know that these (technically) tech categories are relatively new and not exactly proven, but was wondering if anybody is following what companies are out there? Or, if there are etfs that track these sectors, I would like to know about them. Also, I wanted to read what you savvy folks thought about the future of food. As far as the meat goes, I'm not limiting it to synthetic "cuts of meat" but was thinking about insect protein like cricket flour or meal (haha)worms.
Any ideas?
