I'm moving into my new apartment soon and I want to buy quality stuff for my kitchen that will last for me for a very long time. I already bought a set of All-clad stainless steel pans as well as a carbon steel frying pan. Here are some other tools that I'm looking for, so if you have any recommendations please let me know. I don't mind spending a lot of money.
- a wooden cutting board
- a speed peeler
- food processor
- rubber/wooden spatulas
- strainers
- a cheese grater
- pepper mill
- knives for vegetables/meats/bread
- a food scale
- a box grater
- a whisk
- wooden spoons
- a slotted turner
