For probably 2 years+ I have paid my student loan between the 25th-30th of each month with AES Success, with no issue.
I go to pay today and suddenly I am 9 days late on my payment. I frantically checked my email and had no email or notification from them regarding a change of date or that I was late. They did sent my tax information though on the 12th of this month, so I know the right email is on file.
Has this happened to anyone else before? They are closed today, but I have sent an email asking for an explanation. Is there anything I can do in this case, or just accept it and move on? I've never been late on any payment before, so this really bothers me.
