Is there anything like the 08-10 first time homeowner credit still available? I've been trying to look around at tax credit/deduction options for first time buyers but I'm not seeing many helpful things. Surely there has to be something still available? I live in Pennsylvania, if that matters. 64k home bought in April with 20% down. Just want to make sure I am using every available option to me. Thanks for any help.
