Hi, I work at a small nonprofit with only 2 employees (myself and my boss). I max my Roth IRA every year but have about 10-12k per year I would also like to put in an employer retirement plan.
My boss (who is semi-retired and does not wish to contribute to her own plan) agreed that if I could figure out a retirement plan meeting the following criteria, I could help set it up and use it:
- Simple for employer to set up and administrate
- No employer costs over $10/yr
- Allows physical or mobile check deposits (our payroll comes as physical hecks)
- Reasonable employee fees
From my understanding, only simple IRAs (rather than 401k or 4p3b, or SEP IRA) meet both of the first 2. I can't find anywhere that meets the third (Fidelity does not.)
Suggestions?
