My company had layoffs due to losing profit from their own internal errors and I’m burning out quick with the extra workload I’ve obtained trying to help clean up the mess. Mentally I don’t think I can do this anymore long term and wish I was one of the ones who were let go so I could at least collect unemployment. Any suggestions on how to voice this to my boss ?
