My dentist wants me to get a night guard from them due to teeth grinding, also asked if I had sensitivity in receded areas which no one has ever pointed out to me up until now (although they said nothing has changed and they've never said it before so I'm confused).
I didn't ask about an OTC one...has anyone here found luck with those? Additionally they keep wanting me to get $300+ worth of sealants but honestly I do not like nor trust my current dentist. I want to switch but in the meantime I'm now worried about my gums and I certainly don't want to pay $700 for nothing.
