My daughter loves the Bluey cookies from Arnott's, but it occurred to me that there shouldn't be any reason I couldn't make some awesome ones at home (with her!), provided I also invest in the fun cookie cutter shapes and such.
Does anyone have a recipe that's similar to these kind of "fun-shaped" kids cookies? I'm guessing it'll be something like a shortbread, but a shortbread cookie will be too buttery-tasting.
Any recommendations?
