I have been lurking here for some time and I can see how people struggle with CC debts and it’s honestly very scary.
I have never been in debt. I have a tiny apartment that I own and a car (which I’m paying installments but I can pay it full whenever I want). So the debt idea is extremely scary.
I was reading about investments and I found a nice property with a nice (mathematical) ROI (return of investment) after few years. However, It costs around $130K and I don’t have such money and the payment plan is on 8 years. It’s expected to have 5% ROI after 4 years and it goes up around 2% each year after.
So for people who took the risk. Was it worth it? What went wrong and how did you managed it?
PS: I’m not planning to live in it. My plan is to rent it and sell it after 8 years.
