My dentist charged me several hundred dollars for a deep cleaning and cited the insurance would cover some but I the patient would cover a lot too even after the insurance.
I got the EOB back and the EOB states I only needed to pay less than $100. What gives? How is there such a different and do I get my money back from someone, if so, who?
