I think one of the firs things we should ask ourselves in the current banking situation is, what can we learn from history.
The current situation in the banking system isn't something new, back in the 80s when inflation went rampant, the fed had to hike interest rates.
- Does anyone know how many banks if at all went bankrupt then?
- Where can I find the data?
- If then banks didn't go bankrupt, is the current situation different than the 80s.
I'll be glad for any thought and info.
Thanks
