A while ago I stumbled upon a government website that contained information about how much money I've earned at every employer I've ever worked for broken down on a quarterly basis. I can't remember whether it was a federal or state website (It would be Washington State for me), but I did save some of the data.
This is how it was laid out. I don't know why "Wage Name" has no input. Obviously I anonymized the data.
