Growing up, after making sugar cookies, my mom would use up the leftover frosting by making little sandwich cookies with graham crackers. We called them (creatively) "Graham Crackers with Frosting". Today I spent $1.99 on a box of graham crackers and made 26 cookies with leftover frosting. The Annie's snack company makes "Graham Sandwich Cookies" which look essentially the same at $12.99 for a pack of 12! That's like 15x more expensive!
And while we're at it, how does such a classic snack not have a better name? Petition to name them after my mom: Marcias.
