How do I make $100 in 5 days? Perhaps not the best question to ask this sub, but when it comes to getting out of tight spots, r/frugal is as good as it gets.
Background: I'm in college, and began this year with around $1500 in savings. I work 17ish hours a week, which brings in about $800, plus or minus, just enough to cover living expenses so that I don't have to dip into savings.
But in December, I spent 3 weeks with my family in Mexico (not working), still paid for rent, and bought an engagement ring, draining my savings to essentially $0. Now that I'm back in school, I'm being careful, but just by the timing of when paychecks come in, I'm about $100 behind rent, which is due within the first 5 days of the month. I'm planning on door dashing, and I've thought about selling some of my stuff, but I'm just wondering if there's anything I'm missing.
