In an interview Bill Ackman talked about how he bought Wachovia very cheaply in 2008 after reading their annual report for 4 hours. I would like to read that report too, but Wachovia was bought by Wells Fargo according to Wikipedia. On SEC Edgar search, all I can find for Wachovia is two 13G filings. Does anyone know how we can get annual reports of bought out companies?
