I'm a W2 employee and have been offered Advisory shares (as opposed to employee shares)- I assume so as to not dilute shares of the company or provide voting rights. I previously held profit sharing interest but the company is now converting to a c-corp.
Can I be an employee and advisor of the company at the same time?
