I’m 36 and wife is 33. We have a mortgage of 200k (100k equity) and two vehicle loans totaling 50k. No other debts. I have about 100k in cash. 20k in retirement funds. My wife makes 70k and I make about 55k self employed. What’s the best way to utilize the cash? HYSA ? Real estate? Brokerage ? Don’t really need the cash anytime soon. Thank
