We've had an offer accepted on a house in the UK, and after another viewing we've noticed that the fence at the bottom of the garden doesn't line up with the detached garage - the fence is about 0.5m further into the garden than the edge of the garage. We've asked the seller to clarify the boundary, but what else can we do to be sure about what's going on here?
