In order to stay housed I need to have $1.5k by mid January to pay my late mother's property taxes. I had $700 saved before a series of unexpected expenses drained my bank account. I currently have $400 saved. My income varies wildly based on the number of hours I'm given at work - one week I might make $200, another I might make $400.

I do not think I'll make enough by mid January.

I own nothing of value to sell or pawn.

I'm going to need a line of credit but I'm not sure what kind. Can you take loans out for this sort of thing? Can I get a credit card and put the next months expenses (about $500) on it to get me closer to the gap?

I'm scared and desperate. I'm worried that it I ask my mom's siblings for help I won't get it or they'll make the price of their help something I'm not willing to pay (like my pets, or being allowed to live independently).
