New-to-me replacement fridge for $100. Missing a bunch of shelf parts: cost to replace them is *well* over $400. Went to the used appliance boneyard today, and found all but one replacement for all the shelves and bin. Total cost: $42

I spent more money on gas to go GET the fridge in the next big town than I spent to replace all the missing parts.

To me, that's a frugal victory!
