Hey all. Im seeking creative ideas for passive income asset(s) with a $10,000 budget. I am 23 years old and I travel the USA in my travel van. I work in the real estate industry but would be open to an asset outside of that industry. This will be my first real asset. Any suggestions/insights are super appreciated!
