Hi all, been thinking to rotate/rebalance my portfolio since it is too tech/crypto based, and would love some help/advice. Though it's my situation, I am hoping this may be good example and help others build a good portfolio, as I have tried to put a lot of thought into the below strategy.
Living expense/emergency $20k set aside separately (hopefully lasts 6 mo-1 year)
Total remaining around 100k--
Single stock picks 20%- Amazon, Costco, apple, Google, berk, Microsoft, etc
(below are ETFs if specific stock is not named, would love some of your picks on each as well) Copper 3 (any good picks?) Steel 2 (CLF) Uranium 2 (URNM) Solar 3 (any good picks?) Water 5 (any good picks?) Gold 5
REIT 7 (sbra, mpw) Tech 3 (qqq) Emerging 5 (India, Indonesia, Vietnam- any good ETF for these 3 countries?) Value 5 (deep, qual) Bio 5 (any good picks?)
VTI 5 Cash 20 Bond 10 (ibond, ushy, hyg)
Overall: stocks 65 / crypto 35 (btc 10, eth 20, alt 5)
I know crypto % seems pretty high but I'm like 70% right now so cutting pretty heavily though I'm bullish long-term.
Specific questions:
-
Time horizon I'm thinking 10-20 years. I really need help with exit strategy and how to approach it.
-
I've read commodities follows gas. What follows commodities?
Thanks in advance for your help!
