Whenever i spend money there is always some voice in my head that says something like ”oh you idiot why are you spending your money it took a long time for you to save up all that” And i start feeling really guilty and sad. At first it was only when i bought things that were like 15$+ but now it’s worse and ill feel guilty even tho im just buying something that costs 3$. Is this normal and/or is there a known reason for why this is happening?
