hello,
i'm 17 and in a bad home situation, so i'm working on being able to leave and stop all contact with my parents. i have a shared bank account with my mother and there's slightly under 6k in it. when i turn 18, would it be possible to go to bank of america and withdraw that amount without her knowing? my plan is to leave the house at 6 am and she wouldn't notice until 11 or 12. boa opens at 9 and i would withdraw my money and head to the airport after. would i have any issues? i only have $300ish in cash so i really need this. an alternative would be moving my money to cashapp, paypal, or any other similar service, open a bank account once i get to where i will be going, and transfer it back in then. i also need enough money to afford a plane ticket on the same day and i searched up flights and depending on the day a last minute flight can be anywhere from $74 to $500ish. please let me know what my options are from these (or if you have another one i'm open to hearing). i'm not sure if i can leave yet, but on the chance that everything else works out the way i need it to, i need to be prepared for everything.
