I've received a job offer that has both a 401k and a pension. I'm well educated on 401ks since I've had that for the last ten years, however the world of pensions is completely new to me.
What type of things should I look for in the pension? Are there any elections I have to make? All I hear in the news is how pensions are dying - how do I protect myself?
