So any advice on a carpet cleaner under $300 that won't break in like a year or two? Our old man puppy is starting to have some bladder control issues and we need to clean the carpets more than normal.

Our Hoover 5400 just died after like 1.5 years and our neighbor that we regularly share tools and whatnot with said his Bissell 2x Heat died the other week after about a year so unless we plan on renting (like $30 for 24 hours) every other week, we're looking at buying a new one in the very near future as we have some people who are going to be staying with us soon.
