Hey everybody,
I want to take my investing a lot more seriously and learn more about financial reporting and different ways to interpret these metrics. I studied mathematics in school, just not finance and accounting, so I think a modern book that is not overly academic but not horribly shy of more challenging discussions would be a good fit for me. I don't have the time right now to do a lot of research from ground zero, so a good crowd sourcing of resources would at least get me on the right track (and then I can review reviews of text books and see some previews on my own time).
What books / resources / YouTube channels have you found helpful to boost your understanding of understanding and interpreting the financial reports released by companies?
