18M filipino investing into my next real estate project again and I’m curious which has a better or more stable return generally speaking. What are the pro’s and con’s of both? What are some things I should consider?

I’m working on a budget of about $60,000-$70,000 (₱3million - ₱3.5million)

Based on my local research this is what both look like on average given my budget

A small beach resort would be something like:

• nipa huts on beach

• small bar/restaurant

• 5 or so small lodges

• parking

• maybe swimming pool

•land 264sqm /2841sqft

A small rentable house would be something like:

•3-4 bedrooms

•one living room

•one kitchen and/or one small kitchen

•one bathroom

•little to no surrounding land

• 250 sqm/ 2690 sqft
