Happy Thanksgiving everyone. As you may know, currently there are two retirement plans including 403b where you make contributions before tax but after retirement, you pay taxes on whatever you withdraw. On the other hand, with 403b Roth, your contributions are after-tax now but you pay no taxes on both initial investments as well as any gains when you withdraw in the future. I know each has its own benefit - one reduces your tax now but you have to pay taxes after retirement, the other one makes you pay taxes but can live tax-free once you retire. I am looking for comments on pros and cons of each. Thanks
