I have Verizon for cell phone service (family plan) and thought I was getting a discount for auto bill pay. I was looking at the app and you have to use the Verizon card or your checking or debit account to get the discount. I was using another credit card.
I changed my payment method to my checking account and now am saving $40 off my bill.
