I was interviewing with 2 companies. One of them is a small company, and the other one is a big corporation. The smaller company offered me a position with good pay. I really wanted to get a job with the big corporation as my opportunities for growth would be better. But I didn't hear anything from them, so I took the offer with the smaller company and started working 2 weeks ago.
Now the big corporation got back to me with a good offer- if I hadn't already started my new job, I would've definitely taken this position.
My current company is remote- they shipped me laptops/monitors/equipment. I feel like I'm obligated to stay with them since they've spent so much money on me. But my heart can't shake off the feeling of missing out on what I really want to pursue. Any recommendations from the experienced folks in the group? Is it okay to move on from a job just 2 weeks after employment? Would it look terrible on my resume? Should I talk to my current boss about this opportunity?
