First of all I know I made some initial mistakes, however I’m looking to rectify those now.
I purchased a used F150 from my local Ford dealership. I decided to spend a little extra and purchase an extended warranty which was financed with my loan. The problem is, I have never received ANY info on the warranty and cannot get a call back despite nearly a dozen attempts.
I have had to make two repairs out of pocket. I have contacted the dealership and they seem to be unable or unwilling to provide the warranty information.
1: What buttons can I push to elicit a response? Are there any reports I can file?
- What (if any) monetary compensation can I push for? I have paid out of pocket unnecessarily and as far as I am concerned they have violated our sales contract.
