So, I sell digital good on Rocket league through PayPal. I sold items worth 500 euros. A few weeks later, got alerted about a chargeback. PayPal decided for me, but the scammer reopened the case but this time with his bank, which decided for the buyer. Now I have negative balance. I don't have a bank or card linked to PayPal, they once had my real address. They also have my phone number. Should I pay it? I'm under 18 btw in Portugal
