I don’t know how to handle this situation really. I missed a couple payments in a row due to medical memory loss after becoming permanently and totally disabled and also thinking I already setup autopay with the account holder (which obviously never happened). This was JUST after my seven year mark on my credit history for late payments and NEVER missing payments since. It’s heart breaking because now my wife and I are looking for a house and my credit just took a dive…
Please someone help me fix this. I will pay the whole account in full today if it means fixing it.
