Is it worth it to buy a used car right now? Prices are totally inflated to what they were 2 years ago. Should I try and wait out this bubble to see if things go back to “normal?”

I’m in the market for a new (to me) car and the prices are just out of control. I’ve only owned two cars in my life, the last one being sold about 5 years ago. It seems like prices are nearly double what they should be. Am I crazy?
