Hello frugal friends
I have an office job. I sit at my desk for 40 hours a week and my butt and back are uncomfortable. Boss says new chairs arent in the budget right now. Does anyone have any suggestion on a fairly priced seat cushion? I would LOVE one of those Purple gel ones but obviously theyre pricey, but I dont want spine issues later in life due to lack of back support.
Let me know your suggestions!
Edit: ive been using one of those "bamboo" cushions, but it doesnt have much longevity and is losing its shape
