Hi all,
Just got a couple of jobs and am now able to move out of my friend's place and find my own sharehouse to rent. I'm going for an inspection for a potential house in a few hours - what are some questions I should be asking? I've never been to an inspection before and I'm not quite sure how it all works.
Any advice would be appreciated!
