I’m in the military so I get free meals throughout my pay checks, but even with my $700 every two week pay check it seems to be hard to save money in general. I set aside money for bills and put it in another bank account and leave that card at home but usually my bills throughout the month has risen to $350 a month for my phone, car, and subscriptions (WiFi, Netflix, Spotify, Dropbox etc) but they usually hit all on my last paycheck of the month. I go out a lot but it’s the little $30 purchases I make that get me. I was diagnosed with adhd so the spending is from that but after having my savings of $6k then buying a car I have zero money saved up. How can I make sure I do not touch the money I save? Should i put it in a bank account I don’t use in general? I was amazing back in the civilian world as I was paid every week it was easy to put money aside so being this broke has never hit me like this until now.
