I have $125k I'd like to invest. I have the opportunity to partner on a local commercial building. There are numerous risks with tenants and partner. Partner on the building wants to own all businesses in the building. So it could be a major conflict of interest where they are profitable from. I have debated buying a rental home. The market is still very seller biased right now. I have also debated investing in the stock market. I don't need the money to be available. This is long term, say up to 20 years. I can be patient and wait for now too. If that is the suggestion, where do I park the funds to make them easily accessible but still keep up with inflation?
