A coworker wanted to throw away almost whole large loaf of bread "because the crust is gummy and inedible ". It was maybe a day or 2 old loaf, perfectly fine but a bit stale. I took it home, cut, baked in oven and crushed. Have a full jar now. I've never had better breadcrumbs ever.
