Tl;dr 40% off at Petco if you spend $100/mo on supplies or more
I found a discount stack at Petco + Capital One Rewards (8% bill credit). Maximum discount if you spend at least $100/month in food and supplies. Petco offers Pals members a $5 reward card per $100 spent. The biggest discount comes from the 20% off $50+ online order for in-store pickup. Prices rounded for simplicity.
Example:

I buy $170 in cat food and litter. On the Petco website the "Pals Price" is usually a discount of the MSRP.

I feed my cats the good stuff and buy premium litter for ~40% less than what I'd spend at the high-end pet store. If you have big dogs or a lot of dogs and/or cats you could save more.
